Model 1000 Feed Screw w/Gallon Orienting OptionVersatile: Our model 1000FS with Gallon Orienting Option uses feed screw infeed to orient round gallon containers to apply a label in relationship to the handle. The feed screw infeed increases precision spacing, accuracy and speed. It can apply labels from 1" to 4 ½" high and up to 14" long. The 1000FS Labeler handles containers from 1" to 6 " in diameter. When equipped with a servo-driven label applicator it can run at speeds up to 1600 ipm. It accepts random or continuous bottle feed. The height of the label can be placed up to 8" from the base of the container. Accurate: The model 1000FS Gallon Orienter precisely controls web feed and label placement through the use of a single feed screw, a powerful PLC, quality photo eye and gap sensors, and a sophisticated electronic braking drive. There are no clutch/brake mechanisms that will wear out. Easy to operate: The fully automatic labeler has a PLC interface that easily controls all machine functions. Normal set up and changeovers take less than ten minutes and require no tools. Modifications available: The model 1000FS Gallon Orienter can be easily modified to apply labels up to 7 ½ " tall and also apply labels to tapered containers. Stepper and servo motors can be provided for faster or more accurate labeling. A Hot Stamp or Ink Stamp Coder is available to code date and lot information on the label.
