Features                                           

• Aluminum and stainless steel construction for durability and ease of maintenance.
• Designed specifically for 1" to 6" round containers and labels 1" to 4 ½ " tall and up to 14" long.
• Maximum application rate of 75 labels per minute depending on label length and conveyor speed.
• Placement accuracy excellent for round or square bottle application.
• PLC controlled with Operator interface input for all machine parameters.
• Holds label rolls up to 12" in diameter with a 3" standard core.
• Accepts random container feed or continuous production, spacing wheel is included!
• Changeovers require no tools and can be accomplished in less than ten minutes.
• Photo eye product detection and through-beam gap detection is standard.
• Conveyor, wrap station, spacing and web feed speeds are completely adjustable.
• Requires 120v, 60 cycle, 5 amp power.  3-4 cfm @65 psi compressed air if required.
