1000VGF Pressure Sensitive Labeler

Versatile:  Our 1000 Pressure Sensitive Labeler with the Vacuum Gate Feature is designed to apply long, wrap-around labels to tapered containers or to three sides of a rectangular container. It can apply labels from 1" to 4½" high and up to 10" long. Running at speeds up to 60 containers per minute, it accepts random or continuous bottle feed. The 1000VGF handles containers from 1" to 5 " in diameter and 1" to 14" in height. The height of the label can be placed up to 8" from the base of the container.

Accurate:  The 1000VGF Labeler precisely controls web feed and label placement through the use of a powerful PLC, quality photo eye and gap sensors, and a sophisticated electronic braking drive.  There are no clutch/brake mechanisms that will wear out. The spacing wheel is standard on the 1000VGF Pressure Sensitive Labeler for increased spacing accuracy.

Easy to operate:  The fully automatic 1000VGF Labeler has a PLC interface that easily controls all machine functions. It is designed with two vacuum gates across the conveyor.  When a product is sensed, a label is dispensed across the conveyor and held in place by the two vacuum gates.  The container travels down the conveyor until it makes contact with the label.  The vacuum gates open and allow the container to continue along the conveyor.  The gates also serve as the wiping mechanism.  Normal set up and changeovers take less than ten minutes and require no tools.

Modifications available:  The 1000VGF Pressure Sensitive Labeler can be easily modified to apply labels up to 7½ " tall and also apply labels to tapered containers.  Stepper motors can be provided for faster or more accurate labeling.  A Hot Stamp or Ink Stamp Coder is available to code date and lot information on the label.  Optional heavy-duty locking casters and a custom spacing wheel for more accurate spacing are available.
