Features

•	Aluminum and stainless steel construction for durability and ease of maintenance.
•	Designed specifically for 1" to 6" round containers and labels 1" to 4 ½" tall and up to 14" long.
•	Maximum application rate of 100 labels per minute depending on product and conveyor speed.
•	Placement accuracy excellent for round or square bottle application.
•	PLC controlled with Operator interface input for all machine parameters.
•	Holds label rolls up to 12" in diameter with a 3" standard core.
•	Accepts random container feed or continuous production, spacing wheel is included!
•	Changeovers require no tools and can be accomplished in less than ten minutes.
•	Photo eye product detection and through-beam gap detection is standard.
•	Conveyor, wrap station, spacing and web feed speeds are completely adjustable.
•	Requires 120v, 60 cycle, 5 amp power.  No compressed air is required.

Options                                                 

•	Automatic coding of lot/date information by Hot Stamp or Ink Stamp Coder is integrated into the labeler.  Full adjustment of stamp is allowed.
•	Extra tall label kit allows the application of labels up to 7 ½" tall.
•	"Auto-set" feature provides automatic setup of bottle delay and label length.  Stores settings for 20 different label applications.
•	Stepper motor/drive provides finer control of label dispensing speed.
•	Can be configured to accommodate the Meheen bottler.
