1600 Vacuum Belt Pressure Sensitive LabelerVersatile: Our 1600 Vacuum Belt Pressure Sensitive Labeler is a fully automatic labeler designed to apply labels to round containers. Utilizing the vacuum belt wrap station, two labels can be applied from the same feed roll in a continuous motion. This means increased production speed and eliminates the need for two labeling heads. It can apply labels from 1" to 4 ½" high and up to 14" long. Running at speeds up to 100 containers per minute, it accepts random or continuous bottle feed. The 1600VB Labeler handles containers from 1" to 6" in diameter. The height of the label can be placed up to 8" from the base of the container. Accurate: The 1600 Vacuum Belt Pressure Sensitive Labeler precisely controls web feed and label placement through the use of a vacuum belt wrap station, powerful PLC, quality photo eye, and gap sensors, and a sophisticated electronic braking drive. There are no clutch/brake mechanisms that will wear out. Single feedscrew infeed is standard on the 1600VB Labeler for increased spacing accuracy. Easy to operate: The fully automatic 1600 Vacuum Belt Labeler has a PLC interface that easily controls all machine functions. Normal set up and changeovers take less than ten minutes and require no tools. Modifications available: The 1600 Vacuum Belt Pressure Sensitive Labeler can be easily modified to apply labels up to 7 ½ " tall and also apply labels to tapered containers. Stepper motors can be provided for faster or more accurate labeling. A Hot Stamp or Ink Stamp Coder is available to code date and lot information on the label.
