Pressure Sensitive Labelers
A full line of pressure sensitive labeling equipment has been designed to meet every labeling need.  Our pressure sensitive labeling machines are ideal for labeling in the pharmaceutical, food, and beverage industries.  Support products such as container infeed/collection tables and mobile T-Base stands for labeling heads are also available.   In-Line Labeling Equipment, Inc. is also the OEM of Meyer World cold glue labelers.

Designed for 1" to 6" wide non-round  or round containers and label sizes from 1" to 6" tall and 14" in length.

Label base can be moved up to 8" from base of container.

Accepts random bottle feeding or continuous production. Feedscrew infeed is standard on the base machine. Sensors control the infeed flow by starting/stopping the feedscrews.

Conveyor and top belt are powered by stepper motors.  Label stations are powered by servo motors.

Microprocessor controlled with touchscreen operator
interface.

Speeds to 200 bpm depending on label length.

"Autoset" function stores up to 20 settings.

Speeds of the top belt, feedscrew and each label station can be set as independent ratios of the main conveyor.

Requires 120v, 60 cycle, 20 amp power.

Extra tall labels up to 7½".

Wrap station permits labeling of round containers with single or front/back label.

Neck label kit can apply neck labels to round containers.
