The model 2000NW Pressure Sensitive Labeler is designed to apply front, back, and neck labels to round bottles at speeds FROM 150 to 200 bpm. It will also apply front and back labels to non-round containers.

All machine speeds and label application are controlled through the use of state-of-the-art microprocessor controls, stepper motors and servos. An operator controlled touchscreen interface insures ease of operation and convenience. 

The 2000NW Labeler has many new and redesigned features.  The twin feed screw infeed is servo driven and features a new "homing" setting that resets the feed screws to the home position.  This prevents damage to containers and allows for quick changeover from one package to another.  The dancer arm has been redesigned to keep regular tension on the web and increase accuracy.  The state-of-the-art gap sensors include a new "teach button" that actually teaches the machine to read the label gap automatically.  Reading transparent labels is no longer a problem.

The model 2000NW Pressure Sensitive Labeler is equipped with our "Autoset" function which allows the machine to measure the label lengths, bottle widths, and calculate the appropriate timings.  Up to 100 settings can be stored and retrieved for different packages.  Changeovers require no tools and can be accomplished in less than 15 minutes. These features make the 2000NR Labeler versatile and easy to operate.
