WebMaster 680 Pressure Sensitive LabelerVersatile: Our WebMaster 680 Pressure Sensitive Labeler is designed to be an entry-level fully automatic labeling machine for little more than the cost of some table-top machines! In the design of the WebMaster 680 Labeler, the focus was to manufacture a labeling machine to be truly user friendly. The WebMaster 680 can apply labels to round containers from 1" to 5 " in diameter and accepts labels from 1" to 4 ½" high and from 2" to 12" long. The height of the label can be placed up to 6" from the base of the container. Running at speeds up to 60 containers per minute, it accepts random or continuous bottle feed. Accurate: The WebMaster 680 Pressure Sensitive Labeler precisely controls web feed and label placement through the use of a powerful PLC, quality photo eye and gap sensors, and a sophisticated brushless DC drive. There are no clutch/brake mechanisms that will wear out, or expensive and temperamental stepper drives, we can provide accurate web control using a brushless DC motor! Easy to operate: The fully automatic WebMaster 680 Labeler has a PLC interface that easily controls all machine functions. It has fixed labeling and conveyor speeds, a simplified web path, and a self-teaching label gap sensor. Normal set up and changeovers take less than ten minutes and require no tools. Modifications available: The WebMaster 680 Pressure Sensitive Labeler can be easily modified to apply labels up to 7½" tall and can be fitted with an infeed spacing wheel for increased product stability. A Hot Stamp or Ink Stamp Coder is available to code date and lot information on the label. Our "gallon" upgrade allows labeling of containers up to 6½".
