Feeder or Feeder CleanerVersatile: Our newly designed Feeder or Feeder/ Cleaner is one of the best ways to feed packaging lines. It can handle both plastic and glass containers from 1" to 6" in diameter. Belt widths range from 30" up to 48", increasing in 6" increments. You have a choice of from 4 to 12 lanes. Accurate: The Feeder is powered by variable speed 1/8 hp DC motor and can feed at speeds up to 250 bpm.. The Feeder/Cleaner 's belt, retaining bar and top holddown mechanisms are synchronized together to index rows of bottles onto the discharge conveyor. Easy to operate: The fully automatic Feeder has a PLC interface that easily controls all machine functions. Staring and stopping are automatic based on the presence of incoming and out going bottles. Modifications available: The Feeder/Cleaner's Cleaning Head easily removes dust and carton debris from the bottles. Specifications available: The Feeder operates on 240 Volts, 50/60 hz, and 10 amps. It requires 125 psi at 15 cfm. It is constructed of stainless steel and aluminum finished with a durable "Steel-it" finish and features an FDA approved Conveyor Belt .
