Versatile: Our Paradigm 700NW Pressure Sensitive Labeler is a fully automatic labeler designed to be versatile as well as easy to operate. It accepts random or continuous bottle feed and can apply labels 1” to 4 ½” tall and up to 12” long. The 700NW labels 1” to 5” diameter non-round containers and can run at speeds of up to 100 containers per minute, depending on label length. The label can be moved up to 6” from the base of the container and has 4 axes of adjustments.

Accurate: The model 700NW Labeler precisely controls label placement and has a high rate of consistency to 1/32” and a top speed of 1200 ipm.  Standard features on the model 700NW include the top hold-down belt, aligning belts for infeed, an ultra-fast PLC and accurate stepper-driven labeling applicators.

Efficient: The fully automatic 700NW Pressure Sensitive Labeler has a Touchscreen Interface that makes operation uncomplicated and trouble-free. It also has a new pinch grip design that simplifies the way the web is threaded through the machine. Normal set up and changeovers take less than ten minutes and require no tools. It accepts ⅛” standard label gap, 3” diameter core, max roll size of 12”.

Modifications available: The model 700NW can be easily modified to apply labels up to 7½ " tall. A Hot Stamp Coder is available to code date and lot information on the label. A “gallon” upgrade can be made to fit containers up to 6 ½”. Locking casters and an Infeed Spacing Wheel powered by a separate DC motor can also be applied to the 700NW.
