labels that are visible and readable from two sides of the same container
but print important or time sensitive information on the label as it is
being applied.
The Duro 4.5 Print And Apply Corner Wrap Pressure Sensitive Labeler was developed to address that
need.Duro 4.5 Print and Apply Corner Wrap Pressure Sensitive ApplicatorVersatile: The Duro 4.5 Print and Apply Corner Wrap Labeler is perfect for printing and labeling boxes that require the label to wrap around the corner edge. It comes with our standard Duro 4.5 labeling head which will apply labels up to 4½" tall and up to 14" in length. An optional 6" high web is also available. The standard print engine is the Zebra 170PAX3. Other print engines can be specified as desired or needed.Accurate: To insure the proper application of the label, the Duro 4.5 Print and Apply Corner Wrap features a through-beam photo eye for label gap detection and a photoelectric eye for product detection. Two brushes, one standard brush and one pneumatic brush, complete the labeling process. Easy to Operate: The Duro 4.5 Print and Apply Corner Wrap Pressure Sensitive Applicator is a fully automatic label applicator. The PLC interface easily controls all machine functions. Normal set up and changeovers take less than 10 minutes and require no tools. Modifications available: The Duro 4.5 Print and Apply Corner Wrap can be easily modified to accommodate a 6" high web. A Printpad can be kept with the unit and preconfigured labels can be picked from a list and loaded in the the engine for running.
