Features                                             

• Aluminum and stainless steel construction for durability and ease of maintenance.
• Accepts label sizes from 1" to 4 ½" tall.
• Conveyor speeds up to 600" per minute.
• Maximum rate of 60 labels per minute.
• PLC controlled with Operator interface  input of all parameters.
• Holds Label Reels up to 12" in diameter with a 3" standard core.
• Accepts label lengths up to 14" long.
• Sensitive through-beam fork sensor detects gaps between labels, while photo eye detects product.

• Stepper motor/drive provides finer control of label dispensing speed.
• Servo motor/drive provides input for a pulse train which allows automatic "following" of the label speed to the product conveyor.
• Hot Stamp or Ink Stamp Coder for date/lot information.
