• Aluminum and stainless steel construction for durability and ease of maintenance.
• Maximum application rate of 100 labels per minute depending on product and conveyor speed.
• PLC controlled with Operator LCD interface for input of all parameters.
• Holds Label Reels up to 12" in diameter with a 3" standard core.
• Label applicator head may swivel for horizontal or vertical label application.
• Zebra 110 PAX3 or SATO 8485 SE Engine (Other models available on request).

• Mobile T-Base Stand to adjust the height of the head from 17" to 67" high.
• Printpad for storage and retrieval of preformated label designs at the unit - no laptop required.
• Light Tower for signaling low label, end-of-label, low ribbon, and end-of-ribbon.
• Batch counting feature to signal near-end and completion of batch amount.
