Duro 4.5 Standard Labeler
Versatile:
When mounted on our mobile stand your Duro 4.5 Standard
Labeler can be moved to any location where you require a labeler.
Casters provide the mobility and when in place, the casters may be
locked securely.
Simply plug
the Duro 4.5 Standard Labeler into the nearest 120 VAC outlet
and begin labeling. Because the Duro 4.5 Standard Labeler
accepts the most common 3" label reels you are free to purchase labels
from your favorite supplier.
Accurate: When mounted to a fixed conveyer the
Duro 4.5 Standard labeler is capable of accuracy to ± 1/16" depending
on the product.
Easy to Operate:
The Duro 4.5 Standard Labeler is a fully
automatic label applicator capable of applying labels to a variety of
products. Products to be labeled are sensed as
 they pass a photo eye. The
photo eye initiates a signal that is transmitted to the PLC. After a fully
adjustable delay, the label is dispensed onto the passing product. A wiper
brush completes label application by wiping down the label onto the
product.
Controls consist of a Main Power Switch,
a Web Feed Adjustment which controls the speed that the label is
dispensed, and a Touch Screen Operator Interface which provides
information and access to the Label Delay, Label Gap Delay, Batch Count
and more.
