Duro 4.5 Standard Pressure Sensitive Labeler

Features                                               

• Aluminum and stainless steel frame construction for durability and ease of maintenance.
• Optional stand allows the Duro 4.5 labeling head to adjust between 17" and 67" high.
• Maximum application rate of 1,000 ipm or 100 labels per minute depending on product and conveyor speed.
• Placement accuracy of ± 1/16" depending on the product.
• PLC controlled with Operator interface for input of all parameters.
• Holds Label Reels up to 12" in diameter with a 3" standard core.
• Label applicator head may swivel for horizontal or vertical label application.
• Sensitive through-beam fork sensor detects gaps between labels, while photo eye detects product.

Options                                                 

• Stepper motor/drive provides finer control of label dispensing speed.
• Servo motor/drive provides input for a pulse train which allows automatic "following" of the label speed to the product conveyor.
• Hot Stamp or Ink Stamp Coder for date/lot information.
