Features                                              

• Aluminum and stainless steel construction for durability and ease of maintenance.
• In/Out and Up/Down adjustments provided for accurate label placement.
• Follower brushes or sponge rubber roll provided to ensure consistent label wipe.
• Adjustment of label length and web speed provided.
• PLC controlled with Operator LCD Screen input of all parameters.
• Holds Label Reels up to 12" in diameter with a 3" standard core.
• Apply labels from 1" to 4 ½ " wide and 14" long.
• Sensitive through-beam fork sensor detects gaps between labels, while photo eye detects product.

Options                                                 

• Stepper motor/drive provides finer control of label dispensing speed.
• Servo motor/drive provides input for a pulse train which allows automatic "following" of the label speed to the product conveyor.
• Hot Stamp or Ink Stamp Coder for date/lot information.
