Semi-Automatic Pressure Sensitive Labeler

Versatile:  The Semi-Automatic Pressure Sensitive Labeler is designed to produce the look of a fully automated label application at a fraction of the cost. This tabletop model applies labels 1" to 5 ½" tall and 10" long onto containers from 1" to 4 ½" in diameter. No special  electrical service is required and no compressed air is required on the standard machine.

Accurate:  The appearance of your product is a major selling feature. Our newly designed Semi-Automatic features separate motors and a label gap sensor that automatically start and stop the bottle and label feed.  This ensures accurate label placement every time; virtually indistinguishable from that done on a fully automatic machine.

Easy to Operate:  Simply place the container in the cradle and slide it towards the label height stop. The upper spring-loaded roll holds the container in place while the convenient foot pedal controls the dispensing of the label with "hands free" operation.

Options:  Hot Stamp or Ink Stamp Coder for recording date/lot information is available.  The Semi-Automatic Pressure Sensitive Labeler is capable of two-label option.  Two labels can be applied to one bottle when the labels are alternating on the same web.  A take-up reel for the spent web can be added.
